No. the product will not crack, chip, warp or wrought and comes with a limited lifetime warranty transferable one time if you sell your home. |

Is their any wood in the patio cover? |

No. the whole patio cover is aluminum but looks just like wood |

Will it get hot under the patio cover? |

Of course not. It will keep you just as cool as a wood cover. |

Does it cost more than wood? |

No it does not cost more than wood. Wood is more expensive. Wood is more labor intensive which adds more days (money) to the job. Wood needs to be painted which adds more cost in material and labor(not to mention repainting). Wood also has a high maintenance upkeep and will need to be re roofed at some point. Our product is less expensive and looks and last longer. |
